Singing Diva's Lament (Whatever Happened to My Part?) off of Spamalot!

PSA: This is your brain on showtunes. In A Major!

I just recently discovered this gem of a song (DON'T JUDGE ME!) as performed by Sara Ramirez, the other night, and I learned and recorded it instead of studying and resting up for my exam the following...should I say following?

Because I stayed up 'till past 3 am being the freak in the video and my exam was at 9. GO SELF!

I got the backing track from M'mselle Angelique ( youtube.com/user/AngelsBwayKaraokes ) but I had to bring it down from what Audacity tells me was a C# Minor to an A Major so I can see sing it in my natural voice.

In hindsight, I should probably not have done this sitting on the floor because I wish I held some notes longer and cleaner. (Mayhaps I shouldn't have gone too eager saying dammmit? lol) O hai, I'm Rachel Berry.

ALSO, I was trying to get kind of like a male diva bouffant (yaknow, the ones they do on runways?) going for my hair for more...aptness but it didn't work. :( Those are the rare times when I think, "Oh, bumpits are actually useful?"

I'm planning on singing this song for a charity show that is coming up, i was wondering if there was any chance of getting the transposed music from C# to A? very good btw. hehe.
