I don't know who he is influenced by but I can promise you that they are brilliant live. They have so much energy and passion- not like the fake, mass produced bands that seem to be appearing. Even if you dislike their music - I agree it may not be to everyone's taste; they have a spark that is missing with most bands. They are not driven by money or any of that other bullshit that corporate bands perform for, they have a real genuine pleasure in performing. I personally, am drawn to that.
