  • Lol his legs looked ridiculous

  • In 1970 at Westminster High School in California we had a guy named Paul Ralston. I'd sure like to see him climb again. Someone must have an old film. I can't prove it but I believe he was faster than anyone I can find today. I don't know how high the climb was but I think his time was 3.8? He pulled both higher and lower than I see nowadays. But maybe my memory is off...

  • Faster than taking the stairs:D

  • fuck i wish my wrist wasnt broken, i wanna climb my rope again

  • awesome dude!!!

  • Bravos.

  • ah thats great man. good functional training! do you do any grip training ? if i do rope climbs my fingers ache a bit. maybe im not gripping the rope tight enough.

any way, i hope to see some training videos from you some time.

  • @blocksberg93 :-) just try it and post video ;-)

@bobbyatopk thanks, I can upload some training videos (but I have to make them :-)) anyway, training for that is quite hard (and painfull too). For this personal record I trained 4 times a week, usually 15 climbs with additional weight (differed from 8 to 15 kg's), one hand pull ups (personal best is 7), weighted chin ups (up to +75 kg's) + some compensation trainings during the week....and so on....

  • its subjective, but if you base it on the fact that the majority of people can hardly do one full pul up then it is hard!

nice video any way! i would like to know how you train for this sport. you could make some strength training videos ?

  • @tempac91

    not hard
