  • Your refusal to answer the question suggests three things; 1, you are insecure about your level of masculinity, 2. You have never competed in fastdraw, 3. You are just another bullshitting internet warrior.

  • @michaelofnewbabylon so by saying they were "drunken murderers" you weren't saying they were murderers? Gotcha, thanks for clearing that up for me. Outlaws were not cowboys. Wearing a cowboy hat and riding a horse does not make one a cowboy. In that case everyone back then was a cowboy? Sheriffs, store clerks, bankers, blacksmiths...all cowboys? Outlaws were thieves and vagrants. Hence the term "outlaw".....btw.

  • @Gleeserazr I didn't say cowboys murdered people I said they got shot in the back. and there where no real duels back then like portrayed today thats all hollywood creation. 5th generation is only 100 years the cowboy heyday was really over by that time and it had already begun to be commercialized. and btw an outlaw is still a cowboy.

  • @michaelofnewbabylon I think you meant outlaws not cowboys. I'm a 5th generation cowboy and there are no murdering drunkards in my family.

  • @romas1995 cowboy's didn't duel. cowboys got shot in the back alot. dueling was popular pre 1800's and after hollywood started making gunslinger movies. cowboy's werent sportsmen training for something, they where drunken murderer's

  • aw aw aw my foot... ;D

  • @romas1995 I can't thank you - I see idiots on the internet all the time with ill-informed opinions. You were wrong, you got called on it, that's all.

This is just competition. It has nothing to do with Hollywood or history. Simple now that someone explains it to you.

  • @M1A1cavalryman the clint eastwood thing was a " Back to the Future " reference thx for reminding me how stupid some people are on youtube.

and yes, ive read books and papers on real cowboy duels like the gun fight at ok a corral etc and no one was firing like that. im sure no gunslinger was holding his gun like this. im not saying tha it isnt cool or anything like that it just doesnt seem right to me.

  • @romas1995 LOL, so Clint Eastwood is a cowboy and Hollywood is real. Thanks for clearing that up.

  • they call it a cowboy match when cowboys in the old west were anything like that. these guys hold the gun and they are waiting for the signal to fire from the fucking holster ! have you ever heard of such thing as waiting to shoot as a cowboy in a duel with the hand holding the fucking gun ? no fucking way, i dont care how fast they are, clint eastwood never fired like that.

  • it's way different when your lifes at stake
