@lutan1 I think the term is "safe and expedient". You crash and it is neither safe or expedient.

Not saying I agree with it, but under our State's road rules, the pumper operator is at fault if he was running lights and sirens. Some crap about due dilignece, etc....

@MrWillyLeigh Hi. This was Car 208. Commissioned in 1998 and was only in service for a year before the crash.
