i feel dumb asking this but it does completely erase all memory on the phone???

and if so, for future references, should i buy a memory card and backup everything to that?

Yes it will erase all your blackberry data but the software which is included in the video contains option to backup all you phone data including your contacts etc , but the steps are quite complicated . I am preparing a new video on how you can backup your data through this software , but this will take few days as I am busy in my exams . SO subscribe and stay tuned for more exclusive stuff

i've downloaded the program fine, but it comes up 'No Device Detected' - even when my phone is plugged in?, any solutions????

@SEANDMALONE Just restart you blackberry and once it has restarted , Just connect it to you Pc and make sure that your computer is detecting your device and is recognising the usb ...............

If it is working fine than run the software it will surely detect your blackberry .

Let me know if the problem persist .

Thanks Dude ............. I love you . I was having this error 102 and I looked every where on net and can not find any solution . I am really greatful to you now I can use my blackberry without any error :P
