This video is my challenge and response to a challenge left to me by, Zuzana Light of BodyRock.tv and on YouTube at CharlieJames1975.

i've been doing pull-ups for years and just recently found out about something called the "commando pull-up". these things are killer and i have been doing them ever since Zuzana demonstrated them on her YouTube channel and website.

Anyway, anyone think you can do more? Show off your skills.

@iloton i think you're right on the dot. Performing an exercise (any exercise I believe) with speed (and form) to a certain extent builds power. He just went slow because Zuzana went slow on her demonstration too.
