UN Flag Flies in Front of Hennepin COUNTY Government Center V.2

Please tell me why the United Nations flag is flying in front of the Hennepin COUNTY Government Center in downtown Minneapolis, MN! This area is "Government Plaza." The 2 buildings seen in the video are the Hennepin Co. Government Building and directly across the street is the Minneapolis City Hall. Notice: CITY hall, COUNTY center. Nothing federal, national, multi-national, etc. As far as I have been able to find out.

Scary fact: Most of the people that I talked to that WORK AT the Henn. Co Gov. center didn't even realize that flag was there until I asked.

Other flags may fly at the same level as the US flag, but not above it. If you have different heights of poles then subordinate flags should be lower, but US code does not require them to be at different heights and flags of other countries should fly at the same height as the US flag unless we are at war and they are the enemy. Since the UN flag does not represent a government with any jurisdiction in this country it should not be displayed at all.

@ValleyVikings2010- First of all, NO FLAG- not even a state flag- should be flown as an equal to the US flag. You can clearly see in the examples in this video that the UN flag is the same size, flown at the same height as the US flag. So, even if you think it should stay, the manner in which it is flown is incorrect. Furthermore, by your reasoning, it should be okay to fly the Chinese flag in front of walmart and thousands of other retail locations- you know, where their economic base is...
