This is an essay I wrote on the debate between evolution and creation. I have the works cited page at the end of part 2 of "The Origin of the Earth."
This Video does contain some statements from religious people, and it is not my intention to try to prove that Creation should be taught in schools. The point of this video is primarily that both are scientifically improvable and thus, either both options should be offered to students or the explanation for earth's origin should be omitted. The students are given no choice but to believe in evolution because they have been taught that from childhood. My point is, both are just as compatible to explain how earth came about. While there may be characteristics of our earth that may support one explanation or the other, still, both can not be proven scientifically. But unfortunately, people only consider evolution because it is the only option in the educational system. Scientists who believed in the Biblical six-day creation do not lose any abilities as scientists and discovering new things. Evolution has not helped science a bit. Yes, micro evolution is the only evolution that takes place, but that is simply a change with the same kind of animal. It is the variation of the genes that were already present in the creature. However, you will never see a cat produce a bird or a dog. For example, there may be the same kind of birds who live in a region. But that region requires the birds to have stronger beaks because of the type of food. The birds with larger, stronger beaks will live while the ones with weak smaller ones will die. The genes for stronger beaks in the survivers will produce offspring with larger beaks. Eventually, only larger beaked birds will inhabit that area. It may be some other characteristic, but in time, the species in that area will change. That is micro evolution, which is possible. But MACRO evolution or any other evolution is already pure theory, and so called "evidence" for it has been disproved several times.

Please watch the continuation of this video, part 2.
Thank you
