look closely at 0:22 seconds through 0:24 u can see the key in the side of his mouth (his left) lol...then lukeyboy was right he does spit it out when he sneezes

And that u will notice him Holding Tight in his right hand and when he puts the String on his neck u can see that he is covering right Hand Cause thats where they key will come from

a nother key was already on the string in side his left hand and when he bent down after he pulled the string he let go of it so it seemed like it came out of his neck then at the end he sneezed out the other key
