No one is saying that Christians shouldn't be able to preach. Most atheists believe in the freedom of religion and the freedom of speech (the freedom to mock). But why don't you look up the history of blasphemy laws and see which sides want to silence the other?

I have no issue with Jesus, historically he existed and was a good man. No problem at all. However doing Satans work? That's more in the Satanic Cult category.

No. The original reference to Jesus is in the The New Testament, and it's a secondary source, written decades after Jesus supposedly died, by people who didn't know him. Every book that follows uses the New Testament as its source. So, there is no actual evidence outside the bible that he existed. The history is all based on one original story that's unverifiable.
