Hope College Flying Dutchmen 2011 MIAA Championship Highlights

The Flying Dutchmen won the MIAA Tournament on Saturday February 26 2011 with a 72-67 win over rival Calvin before a sold out DeVos Fieldhouse crowd. This is the fourth consecutive year that Hope has won the tournament, which earns them an automatic berth in the NCAA tournament. With this win, Hope moves their all-time record against Calvin to 92-88.

Leading the Flying Dutchmen in scoring was senior Will Bowser with 23 points. Senior Ty Tanis added 17 points as he shot 5-7 from three-point range, and sophomore Colton Overway scored 11.
