im having the same problem with the sleeping situation im used to sleeping on my stomache. What did you do about it?

Lots and lots of pillows. I'm now 30 weeks and it's even harder to sleep, but I use a pillow for my head, one between my knees, one behind me so I don't roll over on my back and one wedged under my belly for support. Sometimes I have to have two under my head but it all depends. Hope that helps.
