This is Riesbyfe's arcade story mode from the game Melty Blood Actress Again. This fighting game was released by ECOLE in 2009 incorporating characters from the popular visual novel from TYPE-MOON, Tsukihime .

I have translated the story so that others, not familiar with Japanese, can follow along.

I'm pretty sure it's supposed to be "Gamaliel", as in the guy who's mentioned a few times in the Book of Acts in the New Testament...
