I never understand how people can play with a new levels and characters that not in the story, some times i was playng in LAN but you can use just the caracter of the story, and the same levels... How can play in that way in the video?

@MURApk Back then the community used mods and skins. I think they are stil downloadable somewhere on the internet ;-)

"This is'int just any RPG...this is an M&S RPG....." XD sorry had to say it....<3 So compaired to bloodlines is this good in your oppinion? 'Cause I love VTMB...Oh have you heard White Wolf studios might be bringing out an online game, how awsome would that be ^_^

It's not really easy to compare this with Bloodlines. IMO Redemption is better, but that is because you can play it online and make your own stories with your RPG buddies. So you can play the game as many times as you like, without feeling like you already played that part. But VtMB has way better graphics and campaign etc etc.

If you like to role play, you should definitely try VtMR, but the online community is as good as dead :(

@Kikopuz I don't think Redemption is better,

1. It's crappy enginge, and you can't REALLY do much except fight, that is NOT what Vampie or RPG is all about.

2. Bloodlines is WAY better, because there is a lot of stuff that's not in Redemption, in Redemption all you do is fight and explore like in Diablo II (not that Diablo is bad, it's a great gfame)

You're focusing way too much on the single player. With VtmR you were at least able to RP with a group. There's even the possibility to host a game as a Storyteller and he/she could create a whole new chronicle (= RPG!!).

Didn't see much of that in VtmB. Singleplayer is fun, but it sure ain't what The World of Darkness is about. Do you even know what OWoD or NWoD is? Because if you don't, then I understand why you give a crap about the game engine (which shouln't be that important).

@Kikopuz that's a lie. download something called hamachi and join the channels named VTMR1 VTMR2 VTMR3, etc with 4, 5.  password for each channel is vtmr

additional channels: ICT CHRONICLES, DA vtmr, Krasburg password for all channels is vtmr

@Kikopuz Hmm i see people still use that GigaPack with bloodlines models i converted a while back.

@avionetca Bad engine? That was one of the most advanced engines at that time - Fire Engine, was first used in Unreal. I think the game still looks good even today.
