This is a shame!!! this is why there are ppl who are "licensed" pros like myself that need to handle things like this. Not doing relaxers at home with dirty dishes in the sink......smh

She will be bald headed, Her scalp is certainly on fire. What not to do. Never ever wash hair 2 days before relaxer,It will surely burn. Allways base the scalp all over with some type of oil on scalp only before relaxing. Never ever use a box kit no lye relaxer. You only apply relaxer to new growth and only virgin hair that is on head. Make sure you use neutralizer A very important step.
