I'm a proud Catholic. I'm so beyond thankful to be a Child of God. My Lord and Savior. <3

@TheNewlife93 Yeah that's true, but it's also the individual-ity of the three persons that make the Trinity what it is. An example of them being separate is when Jesus was on the cross: "Father, Father, why have you forsaken me?" Obviously He knew why, but Jesus was literally SEPARATED completely from the Father at that moment and felt forsaken so that we would NOT be forsaken. It's the awesome mystery of the Trinity :)

this song is beautiful .. but I think the picture 1:35 is fault because they pictured the Father and the Son divided into two different persons and that's not true .. we believe in ONE God : the Father, the Son and The Holy spirit are ONE .. we divide them because of the different jobs they do .. the Father is the Source , The Son is the Creator (the LOGOS ) , and the Holy Spirit is the source of life .. and they are one God .. and Christ himself said in John 10 : 30 " I and my Father are one "

I heard this at Adoration at Stuebenville Mid-America. I can say it changed my life and made me a greater Catholic. A lot of people don't understand why i am so strong in my faith. God is an awesome God. I was amazed during adoration, absolutely astonished and struck with wonder and awe. It was an amazing expierence. I can't wait to go back to that conference (:

He was awesome in abbey youth festival 2011
MY FAVORITE SONG, EVER. At Steubenville 2010, I cried listening to this song, when it all hit me. All the priest said was "Open your heart to Jesus" and I realized.

@zephyrkimi I would agree. This song is AWESOME. It is unreal how Matt Maher is able to use the words of St. Thomas Acquanis from the 1500's and show it's relvance this day and all days to come. Check out Fr. Jim's talk, in which he incorporates the poem, and we tie in the music at the end.
