Hi Charlie,

Does that not mean, then, that spiritual teachings are pointless? If it's up to the totality as to whether the false sense of authorship becomes eradicated or not, how would any sort of spiritual teaching have any power to bring this about?

@gringo8642 Also, That said, it's obvious here that practices happen, and in a way, the seeker doesn't 'do' the practice; rather, the practice does the seeker as part of the functioning of Totality! ~Charlie

@gringo8642 NO "power"! "Teachings" are only pointers FROM Totality-Self. Here is how the Sage Ramesh Balsekar said it ... (just pointers...)

I would love to say 'I've found it.. again I'm here upon this information'... but that is what begins the loop all over again 'i think' 'i must - stay here' 'i must - keep this knowledge' 'i must- not forget this time'. And the paradox is obvious.. I would love to say it, but in loving to say or saying what I would love... chasing its tail, etc

Charlie!.. Its funny , non duality is the only thing ' I have found' that manages to just turn this whole thing on it's head. I know nonduality is a tag term. I'm like a loop. This information alters everything,then slowly and surely I start to return, round and round- i come in with my story and my self - go hurtling back into drama chasing my tale. I'll go for miles and miles, and then eventually ..bang.. 'charlie hayes' and then it's here again, the same indescribable has returned/never left
