Alastair Lee's performance in the final round of the Ceol Beag competition at Winter Storm 2009. He played Major Manson's Farewell to Clachanstrushal, Cabar Feidh, The Sheepwife, The Drunken Landlady, and Wee Marie. He placed third in the contest.

  • Is it just me, or does his drones have a very deep tone to them? Sounds good though!

    Really enjoy the march, a tune i can connect to. Just need to find the music for it? Any ideas?

  • @piperboystruan The march is Major Manson at Clachanstrushal, which is a pretty standard 2/4 competition march. You can find the music in Scots Guards Vol II, Pipe Teacher's Assistant Vol III, or online at pipetunes dot ca. Good luck.
