The London Boys help 'Mad Lizzie' with her exercise routine. December 1989. There aren't enough eccentric posh people on TV these days!

Amazingly the idea of this slot was for viewers to exercise along with Lizzie... Wonder how they got on with the back flips? :O

More than three years, and this video is still drawing people in! Brilliant. So sad what happened to the London Boys, and I'm so happy so many people have liked this video. :-)

Jeez... when I was little I had no idea Lizzie was the capital of cringe. Probably the person I would hate to get stuck in a lift with the most. Thank god her tv career was brief. I dont have anything against Lizzie (apart from her personality, looks and general aura).

Wystarczy tylko popatrzec na nich jak rozdają uśmiech a natychmiast wszystkie smutki odchodzą na bok i na serduszku robi się cieplutko .

Niesamowite ! co oni mieli za osobowośc i typ urody ,że obydwaj tak ogromnie przypadli do gustu ? takie rzeczy się nie zdarzają .Zawsze mam uśmiech na twarzy jak to oglądam .
