The London Boys help 'Mad Lizzie' with her exercise routine. December 1989. There aren't enough eccentric posh people on TV these days!

Amazingly the idea of this slot was for viewers to exercise along with Lizzie... Wonder how they got on with the back flips? :O

This is just brilliant. It's like being on acid. I saw The London Boys perform on the Hitman and Her roadshow when I was 13 at an under 18's night in Bolton and they were amazing. Such a shame they died, absolute tragedy.

So every woman on TV has to be stereotypically sexy? That always has to be their primary function on TV?

Mad Lizzie wasn't a dancer. She was the host of an exercise segment on a morning show that was meant to appeal primarily to middle aged women, not young chauvinistic hornballs. Normally, she would just do an aerobics routine, but because The London Boys were on as guests, she had them to mix in some of their athletic dance moves.
