Grow up Alyn, whether India's behaviour is negative or positive, its none of your business, as long as she doesn't nuke your country. Also, India did not sign the NPT because NPT has some rules for the US, UK, Russia, France and China, and different rules for the rest of the countries. India summarily rejects such double standards.
Oh, BTW Alyn, did you know that India is a N weapons state?

Haha what is negative beh. and what is positive beh. Lot of countries signed npt andcuallty don't obey the rules. Example IRAN CHINA. They do things against the treaty in secret. India is not part of the treaty yet maintain the basic rules of NPT. So what you mean by negative beh. Please tell me I insist.
