i kill the cobra unit like an expert, i kill the End in 5 minutes the first time, but

@riseandrule MGS4 put it best, her loyalty wasn't so she could further unite the world, but was morre towards keeping the world the same as it always was. Even if that meant her working for the philosophers or dying and being dishonorably buried.
