I have been working on this wooden pinball machine for about 3 months and have constructed every part from scratch. I still have a LONG way to go but it's been fun so far.

  • Hey, its Nic. Its pretty amazing. How long has it taken you so far? I probably never would have had the patience to make all these pieces with that quality. Can't wait to see more

  • I started it about 6 months ago but I'm a single Dad with 4 kids so I don't have that much free time to work on it. It's a part time project.

  • this will be really cool with lights and bumpers.

  • It would, but when it comes to electronics I'm a total NOOB. Besides, that sounds like just too much work.

  • I'm also making a pinball machine and this really helped with the flippers and I am using the idea for the magnetic targets and the multiball holder. I suggest adding a ramp by the targets that curves down to lane by the flippers to add that extra kick, that is what I am doing. Along with some other additions from other pinball machines. thanx!!

    :-)

  • Sorry for the late reply. The reason I paid so much care when filming the workings of my machine is because I wished other people had shown the workings of their pinball machines on YouTube. That was the main reason for uploading the vids.

  • Very cool! Thanks for post!

  • Sweet outside loop you have running there!

  • SWEET AND SIMPLE!

  • what a shame when all three balls lock it doesnt spin round on a pivot so it can be shot again

  • @Skyman2596

Hey i can even explain it, there are 2 pieces of wood connected by a metal bar, they move proportionally to eachother

  • When you flip the board over, I see that the flippers (on top) are not facing in the same direction as the ones on the bottom. Can you explain this a bit more in detail?

  • cool

  • flippers?
