ermmm... its just overspin dude... put a stronger spring in it or downgrade the motor to lower speed
-
You need an active braking mosfet because you motor is cycling too fast to stop when the current is cut off. You can use a lower voltage/C rating battery and that will also fix it.
-
your motor is over turning. get a mosfet on it, mine was doing the same thing, fixed it right up.

hi 100/200 gear set and g&p m120 motor will make your gun shoot 2 times on semi
-
triggger contacts
-
@darkdante786 check your cutoff lever, its the bar thing that is help to the shell by a screw, chances are thats worn down or not in place right.
-
sounds like you have a trigger contact thats about to break, thats all i can tell you

Problem from
anti reverse
Cut Off
contact
-
try harder spring...

Jeez all these people leaving comments are stupid...Alright man its called overspin...it happens when you have a higher speed gun like you have. Its just when you release the trigger the motor keeps spinning causing a second shot...an Active Breaking MOSFET will fix this
i have tried 3 non reverse latches and changed the spring several times
Interesting
i tried to change the pistol grip on my dboy pdw from a short one to a large one, when i stuck on the large grip it gave the same problems, then when i changed the grip it stoped
So maybe it could be the grip, whats odd is that i did change the grip but for one thats exactly the same

And sometimes, Either do to the motor over turning them, or another mechanical issue, they are being turned an extra time (not a full turn) or they are being underturned (also not fully) If the gears were turning fully they would be releasing the piston at the end of the cycle. Which they are not. (sometimes) SO an issue could be too much power to the motor, or too little. It could be skipping a tooth (due to the heavier spring) or miss timed, which would cause an irregular incomplete cycle.

Did you short Stroke your piston? If so by how many teeth? If you did I would only recommend removing two, once this is done make sure you adjust your AOE (Angle of Engagement). This can also be caused by over short stroking to many teeth.

For AOE Corrections please us this link. Google "geckoairsoft" " Angle of Engagement"
