There are 6 notes in the bassline -- on the first and third beats during the C chord and same beats during the G/B chord -- not too hard to figure out which if you listen. You have to fret the 3rd fret E string during the C chord though, so it's probably easier to use the typical C shape.

There is also no pull-off during the Am7 riff, it's just 1 on B, 0 on G, 0 on B.
