Dear Pete,

You can better start playing the chromatic harmonica when you can play well on the diatonic, I can recommand you to buy a Suzuki tremelo, the sound of this harmonica is soooo wonderful and this kind of harmonica isn't expensive.

The harmonica is a very special instrument, because it's the only wind-instrument which you have to blow and to draw!!!!!

The most important is : enjoy your own playing!!!
