I'm a musician, I play folk, jazz, and a bit of rock, and to be honest I usually hate rap. But this is awesome. It has a good beat, it's original, and most of all the lyrics are incredible. Why is it that popular rap songs are all sung by narcissistic "gangsters" who pride themselves on violence and sexism, when real musicians like these guys are writing rap lyrics that have real meaning? Music like this reminds me to forget everything I thought I knew about genre, and just take in music as art.
