This song has always been one of my favorites from movie themes from the 1960s. Written in 1962 for the movie Mondo Cane, it was nominated for an Oscar in 1964. Composed by Riz Ortolani and Nino Oliviero, and played live by David and his Open Art Orchestra. (This arrangement turned into "theme and variations.") lol

  • Yes David, it does bring back "fond" memories. I sent a link of this to her and told her I always thought of her when ever I watched this video. She told me she could understand why since I used to play this song for her every day for 4+ years on my Conn organ.
