Actually , I got busted for possession just the other day in Alberta , Canada . The officer pulled us over due to a burnt out tail light , then threatened to arrest all of us in the car (which we had just hotboxed) unless someone showed him where the pot was .

You can smoke marijuana legally in Canada if you have a prescription and if you have been approved by Health Canada and received your Authorization to Possess card. Just like California in the USA.
for the 2nd one all police vehicles have a standard issue police cam that record the audio of whatever the police officer says.
You guys make it seem like ALL cops are bad, remember that when your getting violated...

wtf? americans can get arrested for weed? I'm from Canada... We can smoke it out on the street. you don't even have to hide it. walk right past the cops and say, "good-day gentlemen!" and they'd be all like, "what's that you're smoking there?" And then you're all like, "THE STICKIEST OF THE ICKY!!" And then the cops would be all like, "carry on, goodfellow!!"
so all you yankees come on up to Canada for a vacation. it really isn't all that cold. but you should bring a jacket to be safe.

Police: "He didn't refuse. He said go ahead, I'm not hiding anything."
Who will the judge believe?
Probably your best bet is to outrun the cop and not get pulled over. LOL
