@ Evilstu1....Celiac disease IS associated with type 1 diabetes. It is NOT associated with type 2 diabetes and insulin resistance!

I also have celiac , but I completely disagree about never cheating . First life is to enjoy , not practicing following rules . Second nobody who doesn't have celiac really wants to hear about your issues , on Thanksgiving I enjoy myself with my family instead of crying about what I can't have like most celiacs . Third I never said Aish wheat did not have gluten . Perhaps you need some work on your reading comprehension . Endoscopy can do damage to your body and is unecessary .

Wow, and when doctors tell you your going to die because you dont folow it correctly, dont come crying to me. Enjoy puking your guts up while you eat you amish wheat that in fact does contain gluten!

I don't eat Amish wheat obviously you cannot read at all , I said it was not genetically engineered , not that it did not have gluten . Go back and reread the comments .

@squirrelgirl....PCOS is connected to insulin resistance...not celiac! I don't know where you read that, but it's wrong. The miscarriage and infertility problems are because of the malnutrition and viatimin deficiencies celiacs suffer from.
