I recorded some exercises from my training sesh this saturday. Here are some exercises I am doing to progress towards a front lever and a little bit of planche progression. Still working on the basics.

    And I thought I was doing well doing slow, controlled, strict full-extension pullup ladders totaling 100 to 350 at 55 years old and 185 lb...

    Too bad my area doesn't have gyms with climbing ropes and rings.
