Drag Racing Test: 2010 Camaro SS

PlanetLSX.com brings you the 2010 Camaro SS track test that we performed at Lone Star Raceway in Sealy, TX. Weather conditions were 88F and humid, with a 10-15 mph head wind. Density Altitude was +2,188 ft. Track prep was good, but the 20" tires had some wheel hop if you launched too aggressively.

im still keeping my forth gen SS, not to impressed with these, except for the looks, the 2000 SS were doing 0 to 60 in about 5.1 and the 1/4 at 13.2 that's not that much slower with the LS1 vs the new LS3! 13.0 1/4 is around what these are getting, is not good enough for the fifth gen. its barley faster GM could have done so much better with all the sweet LS engines they have
