@josa9218 It's 300 total with the bar included. So the bar is usually 45 pounds and that makes it 127.5 on each side

@josa9218 the entire thing is 300 pounds. The bar is 45 pounds. (BUT I read somewhere that the bar for girls is 25 pounds.) So each side COMBINED equals 255 pounds. and each side INDIVIDUALLY equals 127.5 pounds. I'm not sure exactly what weights he would have used to equal 127.5 on each side but if you want to do the math i think the only barbells he could have used are the 45 pounds, 35 pounds, 25, pounds, 10 pounds, 5 pounds and 2.5 pounds.

yeah mate u can bench 300 pounds but you got to wide grip and u bounced it of your chest to me thats not a rep dont bounce it do it again without a bounce and a little closer grip record it and that will be great other wise that dont count

@huntinglurcher check out my newer videos...i use a wider grip cause of the pressure it has on my shoulders. I'm close to 6'3 with long arms...

Look at those little ass legs. Go fucking work on your legs, fuck bench press go do squats. Also you need to not bounce it. Other than that for your weight it's pretty impressive.

@Supersmurf62 I do work on my legs...it's hereditary that they're that skinny smart guy. look at my newer videos..my pops has damn near the same size legs but check out how much he's deadlifting.
