He's correct about the right hand. However, he failed to mention that the pivot controls the release. The left hand should be supple and it will release naturally. If you're a hitter then you push with the right hand. If you predominately swing, then you pull through with you left side.. dominated by you lft latimus muscle.
This guy almost got it right until he mentioned that the right hand does not push. The right hand does thrust. Hogan's mentions of three right hands is a good illustration. The right hand must thrust in a rotating manner to help the forearms to cross forming the "x". Other than that this guy was dead on.
Or in other words fella's; follow through the ball. In baseball if you don't follow through with you hands, you lose a ton of power and you hit singles to center and right field. If you follow through with your hands you generate more bat/clubhead speed, you hit home runs to center and left field.
it's a rotation of the left forearm, not the bending or break of the left wrist causing severe pain and discomfort. need to go ice now.

Yes Sir.
If you ever hit a straight shot with this kind of hands action you'll get the nobel price for physics directly from me. That is really crazy!

Good lesson for a high- handicapper.
