I decided that the pony motor should be mounted to the engine. I had the room for it, and its safer to use it that way. I welded a new subframe and welded that in turn to the frame of the cooling water tank. Its very sturdy this way. I fabricated a handle to lower the pony motor to the flywheel, and also a kind of lock. The lock holds the pony motor from the fly wheel when its not in use. Its spring operated. If I want to lower the starter to the flywheel I lift it up a bit by the handle. The lock is pulled back by the spring and I can lower the whole pony motor by the handle to the rim of the fly wheel. Once the Lister is running I pull the lock back in position, and lower the motor. It is then locked again, and cant make contact with the rim.
I positioned the gas handle on the handle so i can lower the pony motor and rev it, and with my other hand I engage the compression lever from the Lister CS.
Al that is left is to paint some parts.
Thanks for watching!

Hello, I've just watched the complete sequence of videos and found it very educational and the finished mechanism actually works. Well done :)
