  • looking forward to the video! hope it has lots of whitebait action and not so much talking like the last whitebait video I bought :)

  • @whitebait88

i am a 69 year old retired man whos been selling white bait and tyres all me life. youtube aint no spelling bee contest if it is ill be dambed. i been whitebaiting since i was a young chap me self. As me father use to say "eat a fritter a day keeps the docter away". I been arrested quite a bit down the river by those pigs in there flying machines. Remember what i quote ya wanna be. "A white bait fritter never cooks itself"

if ya still aint convinced ill be dambed.

  • did you teach him to spell also?

  • @whitebait88

for starters im not your buddy. whiebaiting is not passed from gerneration to gerneration all you have to do is put a set net in the water check it so on all day nothing great about that its straight foward i didnt even need top teach my son he already new ghow to put a whitebait net into the water. i rest my case

  • buddy , whitebaiting is a way of life , passed on from generation to generation, it's awesome to say you have a good stand or had great catch's but the ol saying "the worst days whitebaiting is still better than the best days working"... is my motto !...

we travel home from oz every year to bait in the south ,on stands passed on from our grandfathers and without doubt passed on to our kids etc... top video and look forward to the conclusion!

  • @MrShowstopper2

i am in this sport for competition only. i am 64. i haven seen more white bait than you i gaurntee i have been whitebaiting all my life. it sounds like you are looking for a "WHITEBAIT OFF" it has only been once someone has ever done this now it will happen TWICE. meet me on the waikato river. i get huge catches and so does my mate Jim. it sounds like your looking for a fight but i will on challange you in a "WHITEBAIT OFF"

    Regards

    John Builer.

  • @MrShowstopper2 im not looking for competition. you sound like a young guy.im 63 .and i have seen alot of whitebait in my time so im not looking to fight someone who has caught 350lb.its not amazing. people down south here can get that scooping in waves.and the record book wouldnt put a wee catch like that in because people down here get that in 1 lift mate.rolling our nets out of the water because they rip.i dont want to fight .. i only take what i need .
