The DB WC/LCC Self-Defense Seminar is divided into 4 segments:
1. Introduction & Warm Up segment
2. Wing Chun segment
3. Legion Close Combat segment
4. The 15-minute HELL exercise routines segment

Sifu David Bennett, founder of Legion Close Combat (LCC) with over 25 years experience in Wing Chun also, presented a non-profit self-defense seminar for martial artists from the Sydney area of New South Wales, Australia.

The still photos were taken from the video clips recorded/filmed of the seminar. These pictures will provide a glimpse of what is in store when the video clips are published here in youtube.

Sifu David Bennett was inspirational, effective communicator, knowledgeable and skilled in martial arts. He has a big heart, passion for martial arts and adepts. He offered to present this introductory seminar based on his security experiences, having trained in wing chun under Sijo Rick Spain/GM William Cheung lineage and his founding reality-based self-defense system, Legion Close Combat, for no financial gains!
