  • Hey Joe,

Think it's the same, want your opinion. Have 3 nice lots paid in full at huge discount for personal reasons, they laughed at me, but they took it. Flipping property no money down no risk is it any differentn in your opinion? When they sell, i get paid! What do you think?

  • @joefos If you are doing it on terms, you are doing something similar to what I teach. Glad to hear you made the offer despite their attitude. Most of the time, the offer we make, although unconventional, is still the best offer they will ever get on the property. In the end, we save their butt and make some money for ourselves - not to mention helping a buyer get a house they would not have qualified for at the bank.

  • You mentioned that the realtor's would laugh at you because they aren't making any money.. I can understand that. However I don't understand how the people in binds that need to get rid of the property asap are gonna know to call you. 1:07 during the video is the part that I'm confused at.

  • The reason they call is because of the marketing that you do. There are several excellent target markets to go after if you know how to approach them. We use internet sources and we use FSBOs and Expired listings as well as folks who are advertising their homes "For Rent." If you use the approaches that I teach, you will find a lot of folks who will be receptive to your offer.

  • @joseph4176 how can i find leads for FSBO'S, Expired listings or the for rent so i can start my postcard marketing?

  • I wouldn't suggest you use postcards. Use the techniques I teach in my Push Button Method. Then go to craigslist and landvoice to find your leads. Good luck.
