I was a former student there. I missed the people and friends I've made but don't miss what I learned. Learning many forms is good if you also work the foundation, techniques and applications. Most students only learn the form movements and do the forms really badly. Good and affordable school if you only care about physical exercise with some martial arts moves. Hope the instructors don't talk too much in class anymore....
Are you talking about Ie Pu Fa Shu #10 like with knife defense or something different? Cause sometimes we "Shorthand" our vocabulary by calling Ie Pu Tue Ta and Ie Pu Fa Shu "Ippons"
For sure... honestly, if you're into hip-tosses and shoulder throws, you can check out any number of Judo vids and incorporate it (abeit, safely) into your training. Just be careful about how your training partners will land.

just hit 3rd brown and love this style. I used to take kenpo but this by far exceeds it.
