In the mid 90's MTV's shining star was floppy-haired Toby Amies, shuffling his feet on behalf of the disaffected yoof of the era, and introducing them to the weird and the wonderful of alternative and underground indie rock. This was his final programme before shooting off to the USA, and Toby shows some of his favourite music videos, which include Captain Beefheart, Stereolab, Girls Vs Boys, Barry Adamson and sessions from the likes of Pere Ubu's Dave Thomas and Calvin Johnson. In this part Toby plays a video by Jeru The Damaja and offers more props to friends and viewers .
