SD3 Boss Series - #12: God-Beast of Wind, Dangaard

This has to be the second longest fight in the game (longest if you don't count the final boss). Seriously, Dangaard REFUSES TO DIE in a timely manner. Mainly because it goes like this:

Athran: "God-Beast? Yeah, sure....looks more like a turkey dinner to me. Hey Jesse, keep those Molebear Claws coming!"
Jesse: "Uh yeah..."
Cyril: "...about that..."
Athran: "...damn it."

That in a nutshell is how this battle goes. As soon as you run out of Claws, he becomes a total BITCH to kill. Almost makes me wish I'd gone Dark with Duran...

On a side note, sorry about the shitty quality. It's....about the only way I could get this file under the 100 MB limit.

Oh, makes sense. Also...If your fighting ontop of a giant bird/lion/thing...why can't it attack Dangaard. Make it go much faster.

It's Flammie! A Mana-Beast! (or Dragon, whichever...) She doesn't fight stuff. She just...flies you about.

Well personally, I think this is one of the coolest boss battles in the game. If only for how the scene keeps shifting around and the music as well.

This fight is a mother!!!

All 3 girl toons...here I go with my usual stat ups, sabers on all them BAAM move to the next scene, all gone! Really fricken blows since all 3 girls aren't as melee heavy as the 3 guys makes for an even LONGER fight.

I was like omfg die already plz! Definately the hardest God Beast I've faced so far and with only 2 to go he'll probably remain the hardest.

Awesome ass fight though.

For me - just as he killed everyone and I ran out of regen/revive items he bit the dust... :) I was using Angela to nuke his face off and I didn't have any claws/scales for my other characters because it was my first God-Beast and I didn't know what I was doing. Tough one, very.
