  • Ouchh... Another great video, Amund. You seem much more comfortable soloing than playing the head. I felt like you were waiting for the next note to come and it does not swing as hard as your solo.

But otherwise, great lines, great sound!

  • @equimonk Thanks Pierre! I appreciate the constructive criticism :) I agree about the head. Somehow my hands are more comfortable with single lines than chords. I'm working hard on evening it out. Thank you for listening!

  • Seemed ever so slightly hesitant at the start, but wow does this light up when the solo starts! Really nice phrasing, and lovely tone as well.

  • @flashjazzcat You're right about that. It's a tough tune to play with a nice feel. It's easy to fall into the trap of either playing it too stiff, or out of time. But I'm working on it :) Glad you enjoyed the solo.

  • i like your D´Aquisto ;)

  • great lines! :)

  • Det klinger bra hører jeg :-) Stå på.

  • @AmundLauritzen I've been working on it too, but I was unsure about a couple of the chords and my backing track sucks. The one you're using is really nice. Anyway you're doing a great job: some really intricate lines, but you always remain melodic.
