www.thebestdayever.com Jackfruit is the largest tree fruit in the world. Jackfruit and durian are commonly grown and eaten together. A native of Southeast Asia, jackfruit is now grown all over the world. A great source of both simple sugars and complex polysaccharides, jackfruit is a great source of energy for a day's work on the farm. The latex normally found in jackfruit (but not the one in this video!) may be washed off with oil such as olive oil.
