This is a short tribute to the anime Takarajima/Treasure Island. The music is the most cliché song possible, but I couldn't help it. ;)

hm.. i think this anime (jab-penis err, i mean Japanese cartoon) is the prototype plot of Disney's Pirate of The Carribean movie series, just like the Lion King movie series taken from Kimba the White Lion anime series.. But who cares, we all know that every tradition or culture is actually a copycat of another culture..... sometime from different time and place... So, plagiarism is ok with me, i don't have any problem with that, 'coz our ancestors were actually pirates, savvy! ^ ^

@titodelibero I wouldn't call it plagiarism in this case. This anime is based on a book written in the 1880s, and many of the pirate tropes we know came from that book. Similarities in themes and atmosphere are inevitable when you make a movie etc. about pirates. ^ ^

As a *certain someone* told me, if something is used so much that it becomes a cliché it's because it works - this music was just perfect for the AMV, and you really chose great clips to go with it. I especially love the clips from 0:20 to 0:30 for some reason. You got me even more hyped up for this anime than I was before XD
