@shuanmorganseether Hey Jesus Loves You , isn't Mad at You , Hasn't Left You and Wants You to come back and hang out with him Again . Remember There is NOTHING that can seperate us from The love of God !!!! He will always remain Faithful even when we haven't been. I know because Im 49 and was right where your at when 37 !!!! Run To Him because He is Waiting !!!!

I love the lyrics and Michael W. Smith definately can sing! However the music isn't what I thought it was going to sound like. Overall still a good song.

I always was disappointed in this song because the most important part of the song (oh Rebecca, don't confuse what love is with what some say love should be) is distorted sounding and difficult to understand. Without that part, you almost can't tell that the song advocates waiting. It makes you wonder if the distortion was on purpose.

I love this song, in part, because musically it manages to capture a really infectious pop vibe, but infuses it with a piercing, melancholy tone. The melody, of course, comports perfectly with the song's rather bleak/cautionary lyrics.
Great song thanks for posting! Do you think you could post an instrumental only version of this song? I've been looking everywhere for it.

Don't think there is an Instrumental Version of this song, but that would be great if they did.

years ago the christian music store here had instrumental versions of a lot of songs in cassette form so it's probably out there somewhere :)
