Aaah 80's Australia....those were the days.
No safety laws, no water restrictions, no high density mc mansion housing estates, no asians, no indians, no lebs...just nice wholesome white faces everywhere.

I wish they'd bring this type of tv show back and forget the lame reality tv garbage we have today.
But then, in today's society, they probably couldn't play half of the original games cause if someone got hurt, they'd probably try to sue the show under the health & safety act. No personal responsibility anymore. :(
I agree, bring back the 80's, they were so much more fun!!!!

i also loved this show as a kid. but i think it would be better to roll repeats from the 80s than to try to remake this show. besides the obvious drawbacks nowadays (liability insurance, water restrictions, costs of maintaining a suitable venue), the old series have their own charm - the fashion, the lack of contestant egos, the genuine enthusiasm. they even had michael jordan captaining. they just didn't ever have a WA team :-(
WOW thanks thats= was great. where were these games filmed?

They were filmed at Enfield Soccer Stadium in Dural NSW, Near Hornsby. But its no longer a soccer stadium, just a bunch of houses.

Agreed. Music was better as was tv and Movies. This was my fav show back then, among Inspector Gadget, Voltron, ALF etc.
