This didn't teach me how to use it and i have no clue. the instruction booklet is not user friendly!

Your instruction booklet is not clear on cleaning the lid (taking it apart for cleaning); placing the lid on the pressure cooker easily; seating the pressure limit valve. Your video would have been helpful if you had demonstrated these items.

No, we could not see the lentil soup at any time. Your bowl was too deep and the camera didn't pan in to show the soup, so it might as well have been boiled water that came out of the cooker. Try again.

Can you show us how to set-up the machine? The instruction booklet is pretty much useless. " Make sure sealing ring is securely in place on sealing ring supporting cover. Hold knob on sealing ring supporting cover and press firmly over the center post of inner lid to secure." This is jibberish, and the photo is about a cm big.
