Planet Fitness - tour of the facility

I used my new spy video eyeglasses so people would not feel uncomfortable while I filmed. I just wanted to share what the place looked like inside, actually I was very impressed how big the place is. The only downfall is the limited 3 shower stalls in the locker rooms, hardly enough for so many people. Don't worry I didn't film in there for privacy issues. Now I have learned that most people do not shower, they workout and run home to shower. Strange, the two others gyms I had worked out at had room after room of showers.

@PullMyPeeper and another thing is that the "Planet" claims that its a "Judgement Free Zone" while it judges pretty much anyone who does weightlifting and bodybuilding, especially with their commercials.

You're right. I've been bodybuilding for almost 10 years now and I am always happy to help someone if they ask. After all, it's my hobby so I like talking about it. Anyways, everyone starts somewhere, and most experienced weightlifters (at least the ones Im around), dont ever make fun of someone who's just starting out. Besides, not every guys 'goal' in the gym is to be a 'bodybuilder,' anyways, so making fun of him b/c he's doesnt mean shit.

@PullMyPeeper agreed, this gym wont help you at all. Most "muscled" people are actually helpful and kind if you get to know them, afterall they started like you did and know what you are going through.

Most fit people in gyms arent douches who are going to 'laugh' at you...that your OWN insecurity telling you that. If you want change you need to work out with, watch, and talk to people who look like you WANT to look...whatever that is. You arent going to get that at this limp dick gym, either from the other members, or the staff. The most ridiculous part of it is they claim to be a 'judgement free' gym when in fact the very basis of why the gym was founded was rooted in being judgmental.

@Krysdavar over weight people don't need their own gym. They can come to a regular gym. No one will put them down, they might even get help from a person who knows what they are doing. this gym is for people who want to pretend to work out and see no results. Pizza...? Come on, why the fuck would you serve pizza? BTW this is not like curves ive seen sexy bitches there. this is for pathetic people who don't want to change.
