This was a 2002 archery hunt where I was trying some new video equipment in the Everglades National Preserve.
The remote camera and mike was mounted right under my "Doinker" (Big Mistake) and by the time I got up in the tree and pulled back the bow, I was looking at a spiderweb of fiber optic sights.
(They got snagged on something and were separated from the pins and very distracting) The shot was just over 30 yards, but the wind was blowing and I made every choke from buck fever possible.
This is a perfect example of how not to hunt with a bow and arrow!
That was me this weekend in Deep Lake.
Stuff happens I guess.
