well... i prefer the gooey chocolately sugary kind myself. but if you're looking for a healthy brownie then it's pretty good.

i make sure my neice eats veggies when shes here cuse we dont keep the junk food in the house if i want a cady bar i have to drive up to the store and get 1

nice video but do we honestly have to hear you chew?! it's extremely distracting. I know you're not professionals but see how they do it on tv, in a tasteful and polite manner.

hi dundeeprincess (justine)! well we got it from the book featured in the vid, but i suppose you could find a recipe online somewhere. these days we make our usual recipes and then slip in some pureed veggies like cauliflower into mac & cheese and stuff like that. or we make brownies with a regular box mix and then add pureed spinach or whatnot. the truth is, we love junk food too! but we have been trying hard in the last couple of years to eat more healthy! :)

i would probably substitute the spinach w/ pureed bananas, since carrot and bananas r sweet when cooked.
